Do I need to be registered in Bobo Choses online store to make a purchase?

Yes. You have to register on our website and complete the fields in the login section. Once you are a BOBO CHOSES client, you can check your account’s history at any time.

What does a BOBO CHOSES account allow me to do?

You will have access to a menu with options including a wishlist, orders, refunds, gift cards, and personal details.

I have forgotten the password to my BOBO CHOSES account. How can I get a new one?

Enter to the log in section, and click on the “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD” option. Type your email address to receive a password reset link. If you are experiencing any difficulties, please contact [email protected]

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We usually ship orders on the same day. Please contact us immediately via [email protected] within two hours since the order was placed to change or cancel any order. Note that we can not assure that the change or cancellation can be effective. In the sale and collections peak periods, our response can be slightly delayed.

All products are subject to availability. If they are not available at the warehouse, we will contact you as soon as possible. If the products are available, you will receive an automatically generated email providing information on your order’s preparation status.
