Do I need to be registered in Bobo Choses online store to make a purchase?

No. You can register on our website and complete the fields in the login section or place the order as a Guest.

What does a BOBO CHOSES account allow me to do?

You will have access to a menu with options including a wishlist, orders, refunds, gift cards, and personal details.

I have forgotten the password to my BOBO CHOSES account. How can I get a new one?

Enter to the log in section, and click on the “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD” option. Type your email address to receive a password reset link. If you are experiencing any difficulties, please contact [email protected].

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We usually ship orders on the same day. Please contact us immediately via [email protected] within two hours since the order was placed to cancel any order. Note that we can not assure that the cancellation can be effective. In the sale and collections peak periods, our response can be slightly delayed.

How will I know if my order is being processed?

All products are subject to availability. If they are not available at the warehouse, we will contact you as soon as possible. If the products are available, you will receive an automatically generated email providing information on your order’s preparation status.

Can I return my order? 

Of course. You have 14 days to return it from the day you receive the order.
IF YOU ARE INSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION: After your purchase, you will receive an email from our courier, UPS, with the tracking number for your order. Save it! Please, don’t lose this tracking number as it is essential to ask for a return. You must also have to keep the delivery note you will receive inside the package. Click here for more information.

How do I return an order placed without an account in Bobo Choses?

You can request a return when you place your order as a Guest. All you need to do is go to the section “My Returns, where you will find the option “HAVE YOU PURCHASED WITHOUT BEING REGISTERED?”. Fill out the information requested using the confirmation email you received when you placed your order, click on “Start Return”, and follow the instructions to obtain your RMA ID. Then, you will have to refer to step 5 of the Returns page, depending if you are inside or outside the European Union.

What should I do if I have a defective item that was purchased from a retailer?

You will need to contact the retailer so they can provide a solution according to their policies. They will get in contact with us if they need our assistance.
